    Clipping blew up — brands pay people to cut their long videos into short clips and post them everywhere. But the platforms that enabled it left trust wide open: brands pay for bot views, clippers get silently banned and capped, and agency middlemen skim the budget.

    ⚖️A flag is a claim, not a verdict — no warning is applied unless Beily upholds it. Baseless flags are rejected.

    Disagree with a flag? Make your case. A creator's flag isn't final — the Beily Trust team reviews it and upholds it only if your clip directly conflicts with the creator's written rules. Arbitrary flags are rejected.
    ⚖️While under review, the related warning is paused and won't count toward a ban. Overturned appeals remove the warning entirely.
